Location: Darlington

Salary: Up to £50,000

Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will:

Conduct detailed condition surveys of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Prepare clear and thorough condition reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements.
Undertake accurate property valuations for various purposes such as purchase, sale, insurance, and inheritance or capital gains tax.
Offer expert guidance to clients on property condition, necessary repairs, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering timely and professional survey reports.
Ensure all surveying and valuation work adheres to RICS standards and industry regulations.

MRICS or FRICS is essential.

We prioritise quality over quantity, therefore you will not do more than two Level 2 surveys per day or more than one Level 3 survey per day.
