The Chartered Building Surveyor's Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a consultancy with a strong technical reputation and a genuinely client-focused approach. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of instructions, providing Building Surveying advice to clients across the Midlands and wider UK. The role will offer a strong balance of professional services and project work, allowing you to develop a diverse workload. You'll take ownership of your instructions, managing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice throughout the property lifecycle. With an employee-owned structure, the consultancy offers something different from a traditional corporate environment - giving individuals the opportunity to contribute to the direction and success of the business rather than simply being another number within a large organisation. This role would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor who is technically strong, commercially aware and looking for a long-term opportunity within a collaborative and progressive consultancy.
