Chartered Financial Planner - London - Hybrid - Salary up to £75k + bonus

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio
• Conduct regular client reviews and build new business through referrals and personal connections
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with paraplanners
• Present proposals to board-level executives

What You Bring:

• Chartered Status or working towards it
• Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
• Strong knowledge of EIS, VCTs, Business Relief, and cashflow planning tools (Voyant preferred)
• A track record of exceeding targets
• Confidence, technical precision, and leadership skills
• Client following preferred but not essential.
