Chartered Quantity Surveyor

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor is required in London to deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services across predominantly commercial projects with additional residential consultancy exposure.

Responsibilities

* Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services

* Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and final accounts

* Produce monthly cost reports and financial updates

* Administer construction contracts through project delivery

* Provide fund monitoring, benchmarking and client reporting services

Requirements

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS status

* Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience

* Commercial and residential project exposure

* Client-facing cost management experience

Salary & Package

* £55,000–£65,000 basic salary

* Annual bonus up to 10% of salary
