The Chartered Quantity Surveyor's Role As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio, delivering pre and post contract cost consultancy services across a diverse range of projects. You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning and feasibility through to procurement, tendering, cost reporting, contract administration and final accounts. This role would suit a technically strong and commercially minded Chartered Quantity Surveyor who values autonomy, client exposure and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution within an independent consultancy.
