About the Company They are a growing and forward-thinking commercial property consultancy, operating across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire and the wider South East. Following a recent strategic expansion and investment into the business, we have significantly strengthened our capabilities across agency, investment, and property management, supported by modern systems, a collaborative team structure, and an increasingly high-quality client base. About the Role They are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to join their Professional Services team. This role will focus on delivering RICS Red Book valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiation-led advisory work, acting for a wide range of clients including landlords, investors, lenders, and occupiers. This is an opportunity to join a growing platform with strong deal flow, where you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the Professional Services offering.
