A highly respected organisation is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to take a key role in managing a significant commercial property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified property professional to apply their expertise in a well-structured team, with clear progression and support.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial assets, working closely with senior leadership, external partners, tenants, and legal professionals to ensure properties are performing, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive management of a varied commercial property portfolio
• Lead on lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and disposals
• Identify asset enhancement opportunities and support business case development
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including legal and agency contacts
• Monitor and report on income and expenditure, supporting commercial income targets
• Prepare detailed reports for management and committee review
• Ensure Health & Safety and compliance procedures are met across the portfolio

What We’re Looking For:

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), ideally a Registered Valuer or eligible without further assessment
• Strong commercial property experience including negotiation of leases, acquisitions, and disposals
• Experience of managing a portfolio and producing strategic property reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence in decision making
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Familiarity with property management systems or development software
• Experience producing property option appraisals
• Knowledge of investment, development, and asset management principles
