Chartered Surveyor - Registered Valuer
Wellingborough
Salary - Competitive plus benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing general practice in Wellingborough for a Chartered Surveyor with Valuer Registration Status. This role is ideal for a surveyor with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience looking to broaden their expertise across a variety of professional instructions.

The Role
  • Conducting surveys, inspections, and property assessments on residential and commercial buildings.
  • Preparing professional reports including HomeBuyer and Building Surveys (Levels 1–3), condition reports, and dilapidation assessments.
  • Undertaking valuations for mortgage lending, Help to Buy, Right to Buy, matrimonial, and other purposes.
  • Supporting the commercial team with valuations, rent reviews, and lease-related work.
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the professional department.
About You
  • RICS-qualified Surveyor with Registered Valuer Status.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, accurate, and motivated to expand your knowledge across wider surveying disciplines.
