Chartered Surveyor (Residential or Commercial) | West Midlands 

We’re working with a long-established, multi-disciplinary property firm that is actively looking to expand its surveying team. This is a great opportunity for a MRICS-qualified Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer to focus on either residential or commercial valuation work – depending on your background and preference.

With a solid client base and opportunities for progression (including potential partnership), this firm is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive but autonomous environment.

The Role:

Depending on your skillset, you’ll work on a variety of valuation instructions, such as:

• Residential Red Book Valuations
• Probate and Inheritance Tax Valuations
• Bank and Panel Valuations
• Commercial Property Valuations and Reports
• Building surveys and defect analysis (for those with a commercial background)
