Chef

Keysoe International is an elite training centre, offering state of the art facilities for equestrian training. In addition to this, we offer catering and hospitality and support the brilliant work of the Keysoe Cuddle Therapy Ponies. The Commis Chef will assist kitchen activity to deliver a consistently high quality across the food offering at Keysoe International LTD.  

About the role: 

• To produce and serve food to a company standard


• Capable to lead a kitchen shift as required 


• Adhere to company health & safety and food safety at all times


• Ensure that all due diligence is completed by self and junior members of the team


• Assist and support all aspects of the kitchen as required to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen

About you:

• Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment


• Ideally experience of conference or banqueting catering


• Able to perform under pressure


• Experience of multitasking


• Have a flexible approach to teamwork; being able to think on your own, yet care about the broader team
