Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular Bistro and Event Catering Company who are looking for a Chef to join their busy team, working with the bistro and prep kitchen both in Winchester.

Our client is an award-winning Bistro and Event Caterer, based in Hampshire. With sites in Winchester and Exbury, this independently owned business offers high-event event catering for weddings, private parties, and other events. As well as their two lovely bistros located in Winchester and Exbury.

What's involved?
As a Chef for this role, you will be supporting one of the bistros and event prep kitchen. for the bistro it will be 2 days a week covering a one person operation in the kitchen with only a 20 cover capacity at any one point. You will be overseeing the bistro in the Chefs absence on days off or holidays, so need to have experience with orders, FSA Legislation etc.

The other 3 days will be in the main event prep kitchen, helping the team of chefs to get ready for the weekly events.

With this role you will work minimal evenings (only when a themed night is on or event) so you get a great work life balance with any overtime paid.
