Managing and running a well establish kitchen. In a beautiful surrounding area in the oldest Golf Club in England. Full time appointment. 40hrs a week. Some evenings and Weekends will be required. Working with in a small team to deliver an outstanding service to our members and visitors. Job Role Ensuring a seamless and high standard of service is offered to our members and visitors. Responsible for ordering supplies and checking all vouchers against accounts. Understanding of ordering, stock rotation and stock checks. Kitchen Health and safety checks. Adhering to Health and Safety policys and having a high food and hygiene standard. Menu planning and Costing, not essential but an understanding would be beneficial. Role involves day to day running of the kitchen catering for members and visitors. Catering for internal and external functions through out the year. Reporting monthly to the management on any issues arising and presenting any reports needed. Further information available on request.
