We have a great opportunity for a very experienced Chef de partie assist the Head Chef in cooking meals in a canteen style environment, in a site in Bicester. The Chef de partie will be working for a very successful contact caterer.

£33100 per annum

4 days on 4 days off

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Help with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
T he ideal candidate
Excellent communication skills
An eye for detail
Can do attitude.
Works well under pressure
Ability to produce to produce food on time to be served to the prisoners.
Ideally come from contract catering, a chef that is used to high volume cooking.
