What We’re Looking For
Experience & Training

Certifications

Culinary Expertise
– Strong cooking skills, knowledge of diverse cuisines, and ability to create balanced menus.

– Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Menu Planning & Preparation

Stock & Budget Management
– Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective meal preparation.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance
– Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Team Leadership
– Train, support, and oversee kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Resident Engagement
– Build positive relationships with residents and respond to their dietary feedback and requests.
