Chef / Cook

We are currently recruiting for a Chef / Cooks to join our team at Watermouth Castle.

Main duties will be:

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently
  


• Ensure that the kitchen is maintained to a high level and is clean and safe at all times


• Complete daily, weekly and monthly in-house checks and audits
  

Qualifications & Training

• Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene
  

Experience

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Food Safety and CoSHH

Qualities and Attitude

• You need to be extremely motivated and possess good cooking skills.


• Take pride in the appearance of the kitchen


• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing


• Able to influence and work collaboratively at all levels across the business.


• Proactive organisational and time management skills


• Prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
