We are seeking a dedicated Chef Cook to join our private school catering team starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional who is passionate about creating nutritious and delicious meals for students and staff.

• Plan and prepare daily meals that meet the nutritional guidelines and dietary needs of students and staff.
• Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies while adhering to budget constraints.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with UK regulations.
• Collaborate with the school administration to develop menus that are both appealing and nutritious.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Address any dietary concerns and preferences from the school community.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational environment.
• Professional culinary qualifications or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
