We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our clients expanding kitchen team at a beautiful country house hotel nestled in the Suffolk countryside. The Role

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Support the preparation and execution of a seasonal menu using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
• Ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Contribute ideas for daily specials and assist in developing new menu items.
• Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen during service.

The Person

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up).
• A genuine passion for honest, seasonal food and sustainability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Enthusiasm to be part of a kitchen that values creativity and local sourcing.
