What you will be doing:

• Prepare and present dishes to brand standards.

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of service.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

• Help train and guide junior kitchen team members.

Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.

Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or branded kitchen environment.

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
