What you'll be doing:

As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for managing your own section and contributing to the smooth running of the kitchen throughout the day. From breakfast through to evening service, you'll help maintain the highest food quality and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a kitchen section (grill, pastry, larder, sauce etc.)
• Preparing and cooking dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks
• Maintaining portion control, quality, and consistency
• Collaborating with fellow chefs to ensure timely, smooth service
• Upholding food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Managing stock rotation and supporting inventory checks
• Mentoring junior chefs and contributing to team development
