This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy and fast paced environment restaurant where promotions from within are the norm.

Purpose of the role - Chef de Partie

• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
• Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented

Desired Experience and Knowledge – Chef de Partie

• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
• Must have worked in a quality and busy kitchen
• Must be a quick learner who can work at a fast pace
• To be self-motivated and be able to work without supervision
• Experience in all kitchen sections
