Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time
Pay: £16 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Location: Hackney, London

Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking to make a real difference? Adecco Romford & London East are seeking a skilled and flexible Chef de Partie to join a dedicated catering team within a care environment, helping to provide high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, visitors and staff.

Working across a Production Kitchen, Café/Restaurant and ward kitchens, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food quality, maintaining exceptional hygiene standards and supporting a compassionate care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner
Support menu planning and contribute ideas for menu development and service improvements
Supervise and guide Catering Assistants, Porters
Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, COSHH and company procedures
Complete food safety documentation and maintain accurate records
Carry out cleaning and equipment maintenance checks to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment What We're Looking For

Previous Chef de Partie or strong Chef experience within a high-volume catering environment
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards
Ability to lead by example and support junior team members
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing service needs
Passion for delivering high-quality food with exceptional customer service Flexibility Required

This is a 5 days out of 7 rota-based role
Availability to work weekends, bank holidays and religious festivals is essential
