Your Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional food quality and service across retail, restaurant, hospitality and kitchen teams

* Support senior chefs in planning and executing catering services, maintaining food safety and health & safety standards

* Collaborate closely with the stores team to meet business demands

* Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in diverse catering environments from high-volume to fine dining

* Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate plus knowledge of HACCP and COSHH

* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work evenings and weekends

* Strong communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure
