Menus evolve with the seasons, showcasing carefully sourced local ingredients alongside produce from the restaurant's own smallholding and kitchen garden. The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the exceptionally high standards expected within a Michelin-starred kitchen.

Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you'll play an important role in delivering both tasting menu and à la carte service while continually developing your own skills and experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running your section confidently throughout preparation and service.


• Preparing and presenting dishes to Michelin-starred standards.


• Working with exceptional seasonal British produce.


• Maintaining excellent mise en place and organisation.


• Supporting tasting menu and à la carte service.


• Assisting with menu development and daily specials.


• Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.


• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver consistently exceptional food.

The Package

• £32,000 annual salary


• Approximately £4,000 annual tronc


• Four-day working week


• Approximately 48 hours per week


• Staff accommodation available


• Staff meals whilst on duty

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh-food kitchen.


• Experience within Rosette, Michelin Guide or Michelin-starred kitchens is highly desirable.


• Strong classical cookery skills and excellent attention to detail.


• A genuine passion for seasonal British produce.


• A calm, organised and professional approach during service.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and continually improve.
