Salary: £34,222.16 per year, plus service charge
Hours: Full-time, approximately 48 hours per week

About the Property

This five-star Georgian country-house hotel is set in four acres of award-winning gardens on the edge of Bath city centre. Its 3 AA Rosette restaurant serves refined, seasonal modern European food alongside a more informal all-day Pantry & Terrace.

The Role

We are looking for a strong and dependable Chef de Partie who can take genuine ownership during restaurant service. The standard required is high: you will be trusted to run your section confidently, maintain precision under pressure and help protect the consistency expected of a 3 AA Rosette kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Run an allocated restaurant section through mise en place and service.
• Prepare and present seasonal dishes consistently to 3 AA Rosette standards.
• Work autonomously while communicating closely with the senior kitchen team.
• Maintain strong organisation, stock rotation, food safety and allergen controls.
• Support junior chefs and contribute positively to a professional brigade.
• Assist across the wider hotel food operation when required.

About You

• Proven Chef de Partie experience in a high-quality fresh-food kitchen.
• Rosette, Michelin-listed or comparable fine-dining experience is strongly preferred.
• Technically solid, calm under pressure and confident running a busy section.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards.
• Reliable, collaborative and keen to develop.
