Our client, a renowned private members club located in the heart of the West End are recruiting for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join their fantastic brigade.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within quality clubs or hotels, at Chef de Partie level or Chef de Partie looking to step up. Experience within restaurants and banqueting essential.

You will be passionate, enthusiastic, flexible and have an eye for detail.

The position offers;

• Working 4 days on, 3 days off
• Usually 40 hours per week
