We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Exceptional food is an essential ingredient of the Royal Garden Hotel experience and we are currently seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for our Main Kitchen. The Chef de Partie directs, trains and supervises his / her colleagues on section, and ensures that the agreed standards of food service and preparation are being met.

Chef de Partie's main tasks: : To supervise the section to ensure that it runs smoothly at all times; To carry out any reasonable checks to ensure all duties have been fulfilled during the day; To check storage areas to ensure that proper storage and rotation of food takes place; To ensure that all food is prepared to recipes designated by the Executive Chef To fill out production charts for each shift and ensure that all mise en place is completed before service.
