Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a commitment to excellence, contributing to the high standards for which we are renowned.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menus and dishes.
Ensure consistent quality in every dish served.
Manage and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Contribute to controlling costs and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-standard kitchen.
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food and creativity.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
