We are looking for a Chef de Partie who will work closely with all members of the culinary teams to contribute to the smooth running and success of all food related parts of the business. This role is a key position and will develop a close working relationship with all teams within The Conduit.
As our

Chef de Partie , you will have experience or knowledge of
Working in a Kitchen which only uses Fresh produce
Understanding of the benefits of seasonal food
Using sustainable food, from ethical suppliers, and working towards zero waste
Knowledge of fresh pasta preparation
Overseeing, and taking ownership of your section
comprehensive knowledge of Food Hygiene, ideally holding with a Level 2 certificate
Weekly stock take and FIFO
Interest in organic and artisan foods
Staff currently earn around £15.50 per hour.
