Chef de Partie Corporate Catering Site (Canary Wharf)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a high -end corporate catering team based in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional kitchen environment within a prestigious office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking high -quality dishes in line with menu specifications
  
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  
• Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards
  
• Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
  
• Ensuring all food is presented to a high standard
  
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  
• Experience within corporate, hospitality, or high -volume catering environments
  
• Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (essential)
  
• Good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast -paced kitchen
