Searcys are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at the our unique Venue at Church House. 

Church House is a Grade II listed multi-purpose event and conference venue, located in the heart of Westminster. Church House Westminster has a long and rich history interspersed with notable links to royalty, Parliament and the Second World War.

We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference and banqueting, fine dining rand weddings. You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.

Job Type: 0 hours contract 

Salary: £18.50 Ph

We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference and banqueting, fine dining restaurant and weddings. You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
• Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.
• Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
• Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.

• Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent standards
• Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
