Method Recruitment Group is working with a well-established gastro pub in Worcestershire looking to add an experienced Chef de Partie to their kitchen team.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys proper fresh-food cooking and wants to join a busy, quality-led kitchen without the usual six-day slog.

The kitchen works with fresh, seasonal ingredients and there’s a strong focus on producing consistently good food rather than cutting corners.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, working alongside the senior kitchen team to deliver a consistently high standard during service.

You’ll be involved in preparation, service, maintaining standards across the kitchen and supporting the wider team when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’d like to speak with chefs who:

* Have experience working as a Chef de Partie or at a similar level

* Are comfortable working in a busy fresh-food kitchen

* Can confidently manage their own section

* Take pride in organisation, cleanliness and presentation

* Enjoy working as part of a proper kitchen team

* Have a genuine interest in good food and quality ingredients
