Chef de Partie - Fresh Food Dining Pub, Horsell, Woking
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CDP to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, fresh food, independent dining pub group located in Horsell, close to Woking. As Chef de Partie you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

Our client is a friendly, independently owned and individually styled dining pub, with a new another pub opening next year. A fresh food dining community pub which opened in 2008, casual enough to be comfortable, smart enough to feel special and serving delicious freshly prepared food all day. The pub has a bar and restaurant as well as alfresco dining all year round and cosy fireplaces perfect for a winters evening.

The Person
The ideal CDP will have the following:
- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
- Confidence to run a section
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
- Be local to the area of Horsell, Woking
