This 4 star busy hotel is located in the heart of the city. Its busy with corporate groups during the week and leisure guests enjoying the city at the weekend.

Experience

Chef de Partie required to work in a brigade of 9, cooking all fresh food to a standardised menu. Experience of working in a hotel kitchen or branded restaurant chain as a Commis Chef. You need to be able to follow standards and have good organisational skills, to be able to make decisions in a fast paced environment and to enjoy it. Flexibility to enjoy working different shift patterns and seeing the organisation on different days of the week including the weekends as well as mornings or evenings.

Salary

£10.00 per hour - 40 hour week, NO split shifts, we pay overtime too
