We're recruiting for an exciting brand-new hospitality opening just outside of Brighton, West Sussex, bringing together a quality restaurant, café and farm shop, with a large terrace and garden that will become a key part of the operation throughout the summer.

We're looking for Chefs from Chef de Partie and Senior Chef de Partie through to Sous Chef level who are passionate about food and want the opportunity to be part of something from day one.

This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious Chefs who want to join a new kitchen team, work with quality fresh produce and have genuine opportunities to learn, develop and progress.

THE ROLE

We're looking for Chefs who have a genuine passion for cooking and take pride in producing high-quality food.

You may currently be working as a:

Chef de Partie
Senior Chef de Partie
Junior Sous Chef
Sous ChefIdeally, you'll have experience working with fresh, seasonal produce within a quality restaurant, gastro pub, hotel or Rosette-standard kitchen. Fine dining or premium hospitality experience would be advantageous, but attitude, passion and the desire to develop are just as important.

This is an opportunity to join a brand-new kitchen operation from the beginning, rather than stepping into an established team.
