Chef de Partie - Temp to Perm

We are seeking talented and reliable Chef de Partie professionals to join a busy hospitality and catering team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary assignment.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistently high standards.
✅ Managing your own kitchen section and ensuring smooth service delivery.
✅ Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu preparation and food presentation.
✅ Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance standards.
✅ Supporting junior kitchen staff and contributing to a positive team environment.
✅ Assisting with stock control, deliveries, ensure ingredients are stored, labelled, dated and rotated in line and waste reduction initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
✔ Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements.
✔ Excellent cooking skills across a variety of kitchen sections.
✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔ Passion for food, customer service and continuous development.
