Chef De Rang- 3AA Rosette Country House Hotel-£21K

We are working alongside a 3AA rosette country house hotel on the North Yorkshire/ Cumbria border in search of a Chef De Rang to join the team.

The establishment is set in stunning grounds and utilises the local larder as well as their own kitchen garden to create beautiful fresh dishes, you will be able to see hands on how the restaurant operates working closely with the senior team.

This country house hotel is looking for a Chef De Rang to join the brigade who has a desire and a passion to push their career, to be the best they can be.

The salary for the role is £21,000 per annum plus tips, there is accommodation available for the position.

Candidate Role

·Run a Section of the restaurant

·Work closely with the head Waiter in maintain guest satisfaction

·Show professionalism in every job you undertake

·Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team

·Be a strong team player

Candidate Specification

·must have experience working in high rosette

·previous history in high end hotels is preferred but not essential

·A strong Junior Waiter would be ideal

·Be neat and presentable

·have excellent communication skills

·time management skills are essential

·have confidence to assume charge and organise various Job roles
