We are seeking a full-time Lecturer to join a successful and dynamic Hospitality team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across a range of programmes including VRQs/NVQs in Professional Cookery from Level 1 to Level 3, as well as Apprenticeship Standards such as Level 2 Production Chef, Level 2 Commis Chef, and Level 3 Chef de Partie.

The department includes a fully operational on-site restaurant open to the public, providing learners with a real-world, industry-standard training environment.

What we're looking for:

• A relevant qualification in Catering or Cookery at Level 3 or above
• Industry experience as a Chef within the Catering/Hospitality sector
• Previous teaching experience in the subject area
• A passion for engaging and motivating 16–18-year-old learners
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A Level 5 teaching qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. However, if you do not already hold this, full financial support will be provided to gain the qualification over a two-year period.
