We’re recruiting for a Chef Manager to take ownership of a small, friendly contract catering site in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own kitchen, getting to know their customers and putting out good, straightforward food.

The Site

• Monday to Friday

• 7:00am–3:30pm

• 40 hours per week

• Around 20–30 covers for breakfast

• Around 20–40 covers for lunch

• £37,000 per annum

• No evenings or weekends

It’s currently a one-person operation, so being organised and comfortable working independently is important. With relatively low numbers, someone who plans their day well and keeps on top of things will quickly make the site their own.
