Position; Specialist Indian CurryTandoori Chef Catering Manager Employer; JUMA CATERING BRISTOL LTD Location; 6-7 Waterloo Street Somerset Bristol BS8 4BT UK Salary; £31,000 to £38,700 Shift; Working hours / days:39 to48hourswithin a5 to 6 day week. Benefits & Entitlements; 28 days paid holiday(pro rata) Income boosting incentives, Employers workplace pension. Prospects:Salary review;recognition and reward for outstandingperformance. Duties include; Preparation of complex Indian Curry and Tandoori dishes Preparing menu Training and supervising junior Chefs Purchasing & dealing with suppliers Stock control Quality checks Health & hygiene Compliance and HACCP protocols Monitoring food safety & temperatures Maintaining cleanliness and good order within work areas Care and maintenance of specialist Indian Curry and Tandoori equipment Cost analysis and review Preparing reports and schedules and performing key duties as assigned. To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: - Eligibility to live and work in UK High level skills and mastery in preparation of authentic Curry and Tandoori dishes, seafood dishes, vegetarian dishes, breads and other specialties. Previous experience in this role is essential.
Industry specific academic qualification will be considered as an added experience. We also require that the candidate must have minimum A-level or equivalent academic qualification.
