These are special types of foods popular amongst the residents originating from the Indian sub-continent. They are also hugely popular to the native British peoples and other ethnic backgrounds.

We ensure high standards of cooking and innovative presentation creating a great experience for our customers. We are open 7 days a week from 5:00pm to 11:00pm.

Specialist Indian CurryTandoori Chef Catering Manager

Salary;
£31,000 to £38,700
Shift;
Working hours / days:39 to48hourswithin a5 to 6 day week.

Duties include;
Preparation of complex Indian Curry and Tandoori dishes
Preparing menu
Training and supervising junior Chefs
Purchasing & dealing with suppliers
Stock control
Quality checks
Health & hygiene
Compliance and HACCP protocols
Monitoring food safety & temperatures
Maintaining cleanliness and good order within work areas
Care and maintenance of specialist Indian Curry and Tandoori equipment
Cost analysis and review
Preparing reports and schedules and performing key duties as assigned.
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
Eligibility to live and work in UK
High level skills and mastery in preparation of authentic Curry and Tandoori dishes, seafood dishes, vegetarian dishes, breads and other specialties.
Previous experience in this role is essential.

Industry specific academic qualification will be considered as an added experience.
We also require that the candidate must have minimum A-level or equivalent academic qualification.
