The Job Role: Chef Manager for a stunning independent school
Managing a team of 5
Catering for around 300 per day
The Chef Manager will lead and develop the kitchen team
Producing high quality food for core dining & hospitality
Responsible for weekly menu designs
The Requirements: Chef Manager with experience in private education or High End B&I
High volume background is desirable
A passionate foodie, who understands a fresh food offering
The successful Chef Manager will be a self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food
