As Chef Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the staff restaurant, including:

Leading and managing a small team of one Chef and two General Assistants
Overseeing breakfast and lunch service, catering for approximately 20 breakfast and 100 lunch covers daily
Managing food ordering, stock control and financial performance
Creating staff rotas and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining high service standardsWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in a Chef Manager or Catering Manager position
Contract catering experience preferred
Strong organisational and financial management skills
Confident leading, motivating and developing a small team
