Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in a high-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu specifications.

* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.

* Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.

* Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

* Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment.

* Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

* Enhanced DBS check (Required).

* Food Safety Certificate Level 2 (Required).

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
