About the Role

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic team member to join our Food & Beverage department. This is a dual-role position supporting both kitchen (chef duties) and front-of-house service.

You will assist with food preparation and breakfast service while also supporting the restaurant team with guest service and waiting duties.

Shift Pattern:

  Early Shift: 5:30am – 11:30am

  Late Shift: 4:30pm – 10:30pm
  (Includes weekends)

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assisting with breakfast and evening food preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Cooking and plating dishes in line with brand standards

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting food safety and hygiene compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Serving guests in the restaurant and bar area

  
  


• 
  

  Taking orders and handling payments

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and front-of-house areas

  
  


• 
  

  Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team
