Please note: These are live-out positions, so candidates must be able to commute to the workplace reliably

Sous Chef

• Salary: £34,000 per annum
• Role: Lead and inspire the kitchen team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for Scottish cuisine.

Chef de Partie

• Pay: From £14 per hour
• Role: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, maintain high standards, and contribute to menu development
• Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a commitment to excellence

Fryer

• Pay: £14 per hour
• Role: Prepare and cook fried items to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality
• Requirements: Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
