Are you a Chef looking for a new opportunity? Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting a Chef for a very well-known local community pub based in Nuneaton, known for their welcoming atmosphere and delicious menu. The pub attracts a loyal customer base who appreciate their current offerings, but they are always eager to explore new culinary ideas to keep their menu exciting and fresh.
The Role: Empowered Personnel is looking for a tenacious and innovative Chef to join our clients team. In this permanent role, you will work alongside the current chef to elevate their menu and enhance their dining experience. You will have the opportunity to:

Develop and implement creative menu ideas
Liaise with local suppliers to source fresh produce and locally sourced meat
Introduce specials, themed nights, and other unique offerings
Maintain the high standards their regular customers love

Working Hours: The working hours are to be negotiated and agreed upon with the landlord, ensuring a balance that meets both your needs and those of the pub.
Accommodation: They offer a spacious 3-bedroom apartment at the pub, which could negotiated as part of your package.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a similar setting
Strong passion for creating innovative dishes
Ability to collaborate effectively with the existing kitchen team
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Commitment to using fresh, local ingredients
