We are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Oldbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laboratory experience or a recent science graduate looking to begin their career within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix chemicals in line with established procedures. Prepare samples and formulations for testing and production purposes. Follow laboratory methods and quality procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy. Maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment and work areas. Assist with product development, testing, and formulation activities where required. Monitor and manage laboratory stock levels and consumables. About You
Previous laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential. A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn. A qualification or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Laboratory Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related scientific discipline. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good understanding of laboratory health and safety practices. Ability to follow technical instructions and established procedures. Good communication and organisational skills.
