The Headteacher is seeking a confident and committed Science Teacher with a Chemistry specialism and a track record of, or potential for, delivering high-impact lessons. You will teach across KS3-KS5, including A-Level Chemistry, and will join a collaborative and well-resourced department with a strong emphasis on evidence-informed teaching and CPD.

Whether you are an experienced Chemistry Teacher or a Chemistry ECT, you will be supported through personalised development and clear progression pathways. TLRs are available for outstanding candidates ready to lead or contribute to curriculum or key stage development.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must hold UK QTS (or be on track to qualify by July 2025)

• Chemistry specialism with strong subject knowledge

• Passion for teaching Chemistry at GCSE and A-Level

• A reflective and professional classroom practitioner

• Strong academic background and high personal standards

• Ability to contribute to a team culture of collaboration and excellence
