Are you a Chief Engineer from a Commercial Vehicles / HGV / PSV background looking for an autonomous leadership role where you will be the go-to person overseeing a tight-knit team within a leading company offering ongoing progression?

This long-established company have been providing coach and transport services for over 100 years and have seen major growth whilst maintaining their position as a family business. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.

In this varied role you will be the go-to person responsible for day-to-day operations in the workshop, overseeing all maintenance processes, managing workload and scheduling to limit the time that vehicles are off the road. Further to this you will ensure all parts and stock are in order whilst with keeping accurate records of each vehicle using specialist software.

This specialist role would suit a Chief Engineer or similar from a Commercial Vehicles background looking to join a leading company offering opportunities for ongoing progression.

The Role:

• Oversee and manage the entire workshop
• Organise all maintenance staff and processes
• Ensure stock and supplies are ordered as required
• Lead team and schedule repairs

• Commutable to Weston-Super-Mare
