You'll lead and manage day–to–day operations of the Charity, with a team of 30 and a budget of GBP3m. You'll work closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees taking responsibility for the development and oversight of strategic and business plans.
You know what it takes for a charity to excel and understand the nuances and regulatory requirements that come with this particular sector.
It's not essential that you hold a degree, but you will need demonstrable leadership and change management experience. You're an inclusive, confident and inspirational leader, able to effortlessly adapt your style and support your teams through the challenges faced when managing change and organisational growth.
Robust decision making and influencing skills are key in this role and you'll use your self–awareness and strategic ability to engage and challenge where appropriate.
Experience and awareness of fundraising and development would be beneficial.
