A dynamic and fast-growing company in the precious metals sector, poised for a listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) Main Market and AIM within the next 12 months, is seeking a visionary and results-driven CEO to lead the company through this transformative phase. The ideal candidate will bring IPO experience, strategic insight, and a track record of scaling businesses to drive sustainable growth post-listing.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term business strategies, lead the IPO process, and position the company for success in the public markets.
  • Corporate Governance & IPO Readiness: Oversee governance frameworks, manage relationships with investors and analysts, and ensure compliance with listing regulations.
  • Financial Management: Lead financial performance, reporting, and capital allocation, partnering with the CFO to ensure transparency and robust investor relations.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency, optimise business functions, and scale systems for public company operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the public face of the company, fostering relationships with investors, analysts, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Team Development: Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier executive talent, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with public company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• • Experience: 10+ years in senior executive roles, including 5+ years as CEO or equivalent; proven success in leading IPOs (preferably on LSE or AIM); deep expertise in the precious metals or natural resources sectors.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong financial acumen, strategic vision, outstanding leadership, and excellent communication skills. Proven track record in capital raising and managing investor relations.
  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, M&A experience, international exposure, and existing industry relationships.
